Bruce,
You got it! After my post last night I see many new posts giving
excuses why bad manners happen. That is the new modern way. It is
never ones own fault. Their actions are always someone else s fault!
Case in point. It was mentioned we are all busy with lots of other
noise and tend to forget. Forget? You send a guy a package free,
charging no postage and no cost for the goods and the guy can't even
send you an e-mail and say thanks because he has too much other noise in
his life. I say BS. This is a sign of his character. Yes there are
some really nice hams out there. Better then me by far. But, the truth
is, their numbers are not the norm. In my book, you are judged by your
actions and not the "other noise in your life!"
