[Milsurplus] ARB surplus dealer conversion on Ebay ?

It has always been my understanding that the Hallicrafters pre-war set that 
the Signal Corps bought and turned into/called SCR-543-A (radio was 
BC-659-A) was originally built for marine service.  It was their HT-14.
