[Milsurplus] OT: can anybody assist me with a translation of a russian booklet

hi group,
          does anybody know how to translate a russian manual from 
russian to understandable english? as i've tried google translate on it 
,and it does my head in.....the russian manual is for a battery charger 
used with the NiCad battery packs for the 1PN58 nightvision scope.if 
somebody can help out and can translate this booklet please email me for 
a pdf copy of it thanks in advance to anybody that can help.
