[Milsurplus] TCK-4 info

MIne,regretfully, is not yet on the air.  Still gathering up components 
to build a power supply, and the tuning mechanism is in pretty bad shape 
(excessive gear lash resulting in hard tuning and has also resulted in 
the frequency indicator wheels mashing up against the glass cover, doing 
quite a bit of damage to the painted-on numbers & graduations).
