Good Morning Dave,
We have a machine that makes up the bag's to the size needed for
the size of the power supply. Form in place is not something that you can
do at home. The system works by froming to the edges of what is placed in
the box. So when all eight cornors are done, the item will be held in
placed by the stiffness of the form. I would suggest that you look for a
shipping company near you. Call and ask if they can do form in place
packaging. I can tell you that you will have to pay extra for it. But it
is worth the cost. I once had brake down a ShopSmith wood working system,
packed it into two triple wall boxes and form all the parts in place. I
had to ship it to one of sons in Idaho. All arrived safely. It was worht
the cost.
