[Milsurplus] [ARC5] RCAF AR-2 Hacked?

I'm looking at the top view photo in the manual and besides the dynamotor 
and band select motor, it's also missing the mode select motor. two relays 
and a can capacitor.  In short, the receiver part is still there but all of 
the remote control components and the dynamotor and its filter are missing.  
Pretty bad case of butchery.
