Clarify this. You of course mean < $20 a box, yes ? Did you see what they used for packing the RBA,  which IIR weighs in around
85 lbs. ?

Just take it to UPS and let them double box it. Usually cheap... they charged me less than $20 for 4 radios...RBA,RBB,RBC, + Power supply. Not light boxes.
If the UPS store does the packing  you have the added advantage of the insurance paying, no questions asked.
