The only time I ever took anything to UPS (Universal Package Smashers) to pack and ship, 
it was ruined in shipping due to the poor packing. And their "insurance" was a joke.

Ever since that incident, I've packed everything by myself that I've shipped, and not one 
single thing has been damaged in shipping.
