depends if it is at a real pack and ship or one of the post office shyster.... places that tack Xtra charges on  the real fed ex places are company owned and play a straight game.... indy mailboxes can be robbers,or good... ups,stores are indy owned and may add high percentages of charges to bill... beware of them... best thing is run postage online as a ups quote then dtop in and visit...  if needed confront the owner... usually the employee can not correct the register over crank.....
