There's been talk of this for some time, but now it seems that South 
Korea is motivated to make it happen (for some reason!) and eLoran is 
getting major media attention:

Residents are opposing the antenna installation - so what's new? (Note 
that a bill to restore the eLoran system has been passed by the US House 
and will go to the Senate for approval).
