[Milsurplus] OD crackle paint ?

Harley Davidson sell cans of touch up paint. Some of their bikes have
black wrinkle finish and they sell cans of black wrinkle. You can walk
into a HD showroom and inspect the paint jobs on the bikes.

As for heating, what's wrong with a hair dryer? You can localize the
heat just long enough to achieve the desired wrinkle, then move on.

Just suggestions; I haven't tried these things.
