[Milsurplus] Unknown receiver

The upper chassis is missing about half the time.  The DM-40 (12V) or DM-41 
(24V) dynamotor was mounted on the rear part of it and a crystal controlled 
frequency calibration section was toward the front.

The associated transmitter is the BC-653-A.  It is about the size of a 
BC-604 or BC-684 but weighs much more.
