Good Afternoon All,
I have a small (30) supply of IXGH25N120 IGBT Fets. These are
1,200 Volt 50 Amp( in switch mode), TO-247 case devises. If anyone would
like two to play around with, e-mail me. Just cover the cost of postage.
So the first fifteen replies get them.
PS. I may have more in the pipe line.
