Evidently this is the first receiver-transmitter put in one package.  Built throughout WW2, originally for the airlines but adopted by AAF for use in transport aircraft.  This is the only one I have ever seen.  Covers 2.5 to 13 mc with 50 watts AM output when powered by 25 VDC.  Crystal controlled, 10 channels, a feather weight at about 70 pounds.  No rack or remote control, just the RT unit in good condition.
Seems that this was replaced by ART-13 transmitter and a suitable receiver according to the Graphic Survey of Radio and Radar Equipment used by AAF.  The only WW2 era channelized receiver I know of is the ARR-15.  Were there any other autotuned receivers besides the ARR-15?
If there is a serious interest, I'll lug it to the Mena, Arkansas Hamfest next Saturday, 10 September.  I'll sent photos to those interested parties.  Next stop is eBay but I thought I'd offer it here first.Jim
