[Milsurplus] Identify these tube adapters ?

Two more tube plug-in adapters i found in my toolbox. Can you identify what test equipment these were issued with?

829 socket to octal plug. Also has coming from octal 5, 8 pins to two shielded wires ending in clips.

Octal socket to octal plug which has metal contact tabs by each pin of socket. Like a test adapter but - pin 8 of socket is
open; pin 8 of octal plug below connects to the center ( hot ) of a 1/8 inch audio socket built on the side of the adapter
assembly. Must be for measuring cathode current in a 6L6 or similar tube with pin 8 = cathode. Maybe audio or a boat
radio test device?
