[Milsurplus] Radio Identification?

Can anybody identify this Signal Corps radio? <https://flic.kr/p/PCC9Ai>

Also, this one <https://flic.kr/p/PzrXY5>.  It's identified as an SCR-67-A,
but I don't think so.

These images are from a 1982 history of radio in
the Forest Service.
