Yeah, that seems to be the common opinion.  Some years ago, I was supplying 
a couple of vehicle collectors with accessories to outfit a Stuart and 
despite my trying to tell them, they insisted on getting T-30's.  About two 
weeks later, one of them called and said "these things sound bloody awful!!!".  
So I sold them some T-45's and they were happy.
