[Milsurplus] LORAN is back!!!

Very encouraging, but are there two or more stations forming a chain?  
E-Loran is supposed to be backward compatible with existing Loran C 
receivers, but I fear that may be too good to be true. If it IS true, I 
have a few receivers ready to go.
