[Milsurplus] Help identify manufacturer ' CQW'

Jackson MI.  Oddly enough, I worked for their renamed successor, 
Sparton, when I was going through college back in the 1960s.  At that 
point, they were primarily into TVs commercially, and military 
electronics at Sparton Southwest in ABQ where I worked as a technician 
and part time machinist.
