[Milsurplus] BC-611 antenna insulator

It depends upon whether the insulators in question are ceramic or 
polystyrene. The latter can often be removed with a square cross section Ez-Out. 
Destroys the insulator, of course. The former I have tried various methods on 
over the years. I have never removed more than about two ceramic ones intact. 
They are apparently glued in. One of these days I am going to try one more 
method, baking at 400F for one hour and then sticking a cold (room 
temperature) antenna into them to see whether or not that will degrade whatever glue 
was used.
