[Milsurplus] ART-13 Mount

 Good Morning,
I know that what I'm looking for is made of unobtainum, but I'm trying to find the bottom plate for a ART-13 MT 284 shock mount. I have come up with all of the parts except the plate. Would someone have an extra plate that they would sell? If not, could someone take some photos and provide some measurements of one. I have access to a metal shop and would like to try and fab one.
