[Milsurplus] Plug leaking Navy gear

I have a TCH that has had a net-spot switch added to the upper right by a ¼
inch hole.
I will want to remove the switch and plug the hole. 
For doing this with Army gear, it has been suggested to have a triangular
acceptance stamp made up, and after 

repainting the holed area, rubber stamp over it.

For U.S. Navy gear, is there some reasonable non total fantasy rubber stamp
that could be applied? Maybe even just the

U.(anchor)S. type stamp?
