The pdf size-reducing site at https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf  often does
an amazing job of taking a pdf significantly down in size  without apparent
image degradation.  I've had to use it on all pdfs  that I've posted to
milsurplus and arc5 due to the very limited attached  file size limitations
of those  lists.
