[Milsurplus] RAK AND RAL RAB landed at SMECC anyone got a good link list?

Hint: With the RAK, when the detector is oscillating there is enough RF
on the detector plate to drive a frequency counter. Couple with a small
capacitor, (100 pf. ?) through a short length of coax to your counter,
and be prepared to be pleased. With the RAL not so much, due to better
bypassing.

About all that goes wrong with the RAK and RAL is the resistors age
high. Fortunately nearly all are easily accessible.

Um, forget about long-wave broadcast due to the low-pass audio filter.

There are also airport non-directional aircraft beacons, 200 to 430 kc.
Catch them while you can as they aren't required anymore and are
disappearing.
