[Milsurplus] USN Alphabet for Radio Operating Positions and Remotes.

Well, maybe to QM's and zeroes but LOP and a number was engraved on the ID 
plates for the LOP's and on the receiver transfer switchboards in Radio 
Central on a number of older vessels I served in.
