[Milsurplus] Filter plugs

The BC-348 i have with the built-in AC supply has 4 cooling holes approx 
50-cent coin size, 2 on top and 2 on left side.
Only one has a  plug in it. It's like a hole plug, with 'flanges' that 
lock it into place like a hole plug. 3 of these are vacant.
So i'm looking for the item. What is the exact name of this part? Anyone 
know where i can buy 3 or so more of these?
Oh, to be clear - these have a narrow rim and a fine screen in the 
opening.
