[Milsurplus] Mounting hole spaceing for the BC-348

John -
Do you have 2 or 2 #8/32 screws ~1" long?
Thread them in the chassis ~1/4 -to-1/2 " down,  measure edge to edge.  
Now there is a key pin to take care of also off set from center;
   Now I'm not say-N this is accurate for your  BC-348, please disregard 
D holes, The B holes are for the R bottom cover standoffs, may not apply 
in your case:, The A hole, },  is the Key Pin location for B type receivers.

It may be a bit on the light side  should help.
