I'd change that to "no statement as to usability, condition as YOU see it,
make your own determinations regarding the item before you bid, or not - no
refunds."

Some idiot will no doubt complain the item wasn't "collectable" and leave
you negative feedback!  As for returns, let them- at their expense, then you
can sell it again!

Bloody ebay...  I'm having better luck just giving away stuff at random. 
It's a lot easier!
