Jack - to be clear, the photo you published is the set in the aircraft, 
or a stock BC-1209 photo?
Because i just checked your photo against TM11-623 Tentative, 20 Apr 
1944, and it's identical.

The radio came packed with 3  copies of the manual. One i gave to Tony 
Grogan, so there's that
manual floating around back east.
