[Milsurplus] CW-140 for GRC-9 ?

So there are two styles of canvas for the GRC-9, both labeled CW-140 ? 

One that is like a large folded sheet, that buttons up, but can be left in
place to operate the radio,

and another - NATO ?? - that is actually a 'bag', only opening at top?
