[Milsurplus] PP-1104C - Frost Fest

I've used a PP-1104C as my primary bench supply for 30+ years.  Disconnect 
and check the filter capacitors before you first light it off.  It consists 
of two identical 14 VDC supplies.  Disconnect the jumpers at the bottom of 
the front panel before initial testing.  Use each separate supply to start 
something like a BD-77 or even a DM-35 for initial testing.  Put 4" or larger 
castors under it.  As you've already noted, light weight it ain't!
