[Milsurplus] BC-221 as Outboard CW SSB Detector

The BC-221 is unique and very stable and can be used for many
applications. I've posted some info on using it as a "transceiver" and
as a VFO and low powered transmitter - No major modifications have to be
made and its a great way to get the set off of the shelf and into operation.
