One more seed for possible discussion. 
This high-B+ issue relates solely to communications equipment, compared to home entertainment radios, does it not?
I mean, i cannot recall seeing any home, tube-based equipment that had a B+ that was really pushing it. I was wondering
if this discussion had any value for the entertainment radio collectors. I suppose there, a drop in the output power 
would be a negative; however 100 mw of output power is actually plenty.
