The work done by Ken Corwin/KF6NUR (SK) is a fine presentation on the US-made receivers.

I think that little new has been unearthed to add to Ken's work, except that about a decade ago Max Cotton/M0GHQ found a dynamotor DM-28-G serial number 13, order number 2154 CHI-41, made by Colonial Radio Corp.   That means there was likely a BC-348-G under the same order and manufacture.
