BTW, in going through my PDF manual, everywhere there is an update or change to the 
manual, there is a bold vertical line right next to that entry. Therefore, it is obvious that my 
PDF manual was updated at least somewhat correctly.

The added entries address, primarily, differences between the SRR-13 and the SRR-13A, 
although some few also address changes which effect all models.

As I mentioned, the last date for updates is 1961. That MAY give us an indication of when 
these receivers remained in service.

Also, my PDF manual lists a date for (apparently) the first contract with RCA, which was 31 
August 1950. The contract number is NObsr-52014. Under that listing there is another 
contract number NObsr-57134, but there is no date directly associated with that.
