I had an RBB/RBC pair many years ago and used them regularly for CW
traffic handling. I absolutely loved them and wish I had never sold them.

For one thing, the audio limiter in those receivers is absolutely superb. I have
never, ever used anything like them.

I ran a full KW (input) at the time to a T-350-XM transmitter. The antennas
were separate for receiver and transmitter, and I operated full QSK.

A fellow ham came to my shack one day while I was operating and was
amazed that the level of audio from the RBB was identical when copying my
own signal and the fellow I was working. A KW locally, vs an S-5 signal from
the other guy. Amazing.

Although I have two RBAs now, I don't have a single RBB or RBC....yet.
