Bought one of their "flyer" special $19.95 GRC-9 transmitter.  It's special 
alright.

Bottom line, from a parts standpoint it is a fair deal, just for the power 
connector and knobs.  But they should have said that these may have been 
"de-militarized", by smashing the VFO and crystal sockets.  Mine is a French 
model.
Be aware of that if you are seeking such components.  Still a decent deal 
for parts.

Suffice it to say, the front panel looks like dogs peed on it over a while. 
Or that I found it while beach-walking here.
But I suppose some parts inside might be worthwhile.
