title, closed on Nov. 14 : WWII Signal Corps Radio Receiver Transmitter Transceiver BC-222 + Battery Box!

close at $239 + 41 shipping? Was it just the presence of the beat-up battery, which is never seen? I confess I was thinking of bidding just for the battery. Altho the
battery is ruined, I wanted the measurements from it – however, the measurements for a replacement box certainly don’t have to be down to the millimeter.

The radio has a kludged-in low-quality VOM meter replacement for the original, without the protective cover, so the radio by itself is badly wounded.
So really, did the beat-up battery really boost the bidding that much?
