Have you ever heard of this? Looks like it’s a 1950’s era Radio Test Set
from Motorola AN/URM-94 – ORDER NO. FR-36-039-C-6-32145

Trying to figure out if it’s useful for ham radio work (or maybe a
collector). Someone around here has had it on Craigslist for awhile...
