Yes, that is a swell photo. Lots of open country compared to the A-12 photo 
I mentioned;
radio op position in that one looks more like the proverbial "tunnel".
In the B-15, what is the box connected to the top receiver, to the left of 
the receiver?
At the left of the radio table, against the wall, what is that box?
I don't know how you guys can make out any of the transmitter under the 
table.
In the A-12 photo the BC-191 is similarly hard to get to.
