[Milsurplus] PRC-138 Update

Latest update:

Since Internal Coupler is not working, decided to put it into WOTAN 
setup with 125W Amp.

Using good mil cable to connect RT to Amp.

No output from RF-125 Amp. into dummy load.

Question - do I need to connect to RF-382 Coupler for Amp to work with 
RT? I previously used the Amp with my RF-5022R/T(E) with no problems 
without RF-382 Coupler but I suspect the PRC-138 is more complicated..
