Last night I was moving some of my things and I noticed a speaker I didn't
know I had.
It's a grey, Navy type, tombstone or gothic shaped - rounded top, about 10
inches tall -
and I think, labeled " LS-106B ". ( going by a quick look and memory. ) Is
this correct?
And if so, what was its time span?
I also saw a larger speaker for a Liberty ship - NIB, and the box is marked
"FOR HULL"
so-and-so number. Interesting curio, but I found some years back when I
Epayed
another one, practically no cash value.
BTW, I recently bought off Epay a British made, brass ship's radio room
clock. It is a
thing of great beauty. I admire its appearance much more than even the
higher priced
Chelsea clocks. This one will accentuate the fun of copying CW on my Marconi
730
regen receiver.
