You're right about hamfests; this was illustrated by a scrap guy offering me 
more for stuff I brought than everyone else.  That was somewhat shocking, but 
money talks and I didn't want to haul the stuff back with me.

I didn't have the heart to scrap the APT jammer stuff, if no one wants it I will 
eventually scavenge it for parts.
