KC5IJD offered the above in mid June and we have exchanged several emails since then.  The last email he sent to me was on July 11, saying that he would get back to me in a day.  Since then, I have sent several emails trying to set up a time and place to complete the sale but haven't heard a word from him. Has anyone been in contact with KC5IJD in the last couple of weeks?Hope everything is OK health wise.  None of us are getting any younger!Jim
