[Milsurplus] TCS CACS-29227 Relay Unit

Hmm, haven't seen one of those before.  Can you take a photo of the end of the 
connector?  Are there other connectors on the back or just the two, what are 
they, binding posts?  Could it be a wireline relay or something?
