As Bob mentioned the limit is small today to keep server bandwidth down. I believe i have it set to 75k right now in text only mode. Certainly i will have to increase that for a small photo to be sent. Don't expect to drop in a huge megabyte photo though. You will have to resize it. Lots of free applications out there to accomplish that, even on a smart phone. This reflector is free for all of us as QTH can maintain a reasonable amount of traffic. 

I will have some time over the holidays to make the changes. We can test it to see if it fulfills the need to send small photos. The change is reversible if it does not work for us.
