[Milsurplus] BC-348 schematic, updated

Not that much to the circuits of either BC-348 series and have always got along FB with the schematics for these as found in the TMs.
Collins 51-J series another matter, though, especially down around the second-detector/AVC/NL circuitry. Schematic in the Ryder manual much better.
