[Milsurplus] BC-348 schematic, updated

Sorry, but the BC-348 schematic in AF MAN 100-5 is the same as the one in 
AN 16-40BC224-2 covering BC-348-HKLR and BC-224-FK.  The schematic is 
actually labled BC-348 AL but no explanation of where they came up with that.
