That's interesting about Fastenal  I imagine depending on the location you
might wait a whole or never get certain locations.

What about greyhound? When I was younger I got around alot of buses and I
remember people shipping packages that way. You just had to go to the
station to get your package. I have no idea how much it cost or size
limitations.
