In my opinion and in my experience there are two sellers of manuals whom 
you may absolutely trust and count on: 1) Robert Downs WA5CAB, and 2) 
Pete Markavage, "The Manual Man". I have bought manuals from both 
people and every single one was superb. Both of those two seem to go out 
of their way to make as perfect and complete copies as possible.

I use Robert's service for military manuals, and Pete's for practically anything 
else.

In some very rare instances, neither one had a particular manual I needed, 
mostly for some weird old piece of test equipment, but I found other sellers 
who provided perfect copies. One simply has to be careful...
